Prayer Breakfast Speaker Rabbi Jonathan Cahn-The Shadow of Judgement is upon us

Members of the Presidential Inaugural Breakfast committee and members of congress who have been here, Senators, Representatives, Ambassadors and delegates from other nations who are here. Ministers and people of God and friends and media. We are gathered here in Washington DC, America's capitol city, on January 21st 2013 the morning of the Presidential Inauguration with one agenda and one purpose to come before the Lord and in His presence to seek His face and pray for His blessing His will and His purposes for its presidents, its government, this nation and its people. It is fitting that we do it this day which, more than any other, represents the future of America. We are here to inaugurate God's own purposes. We have come here from every part of this land and from every background and persuasion to stand before the Almighty who transcends politics, movements, and men and before whom Kings and kingdoms rise and fall. Presidents change political parties, come and go. Nations ascend and descend before Him who changes not. But Here mains the same yesterday today and forever. We come before Him before whom men and women, kings and prophets, peoples and nations have come from ages past...come before Him to seek His face in troubled times. We come to pray for America. But, how do we do that? How do we pray for this nation? Do we pray for riches, for power, for the success of national agendas? The Scriptures tell us that God hears the prayers of His people. But, we must pray according to His will. If a man has a terminal disease, we don't pray for an increase of wealth, we pray for healing. If a city lies in danger of destruction, we don't pray with flowery words. we sound the alarm. We pray for blessing. But, true blessing only comes in the will of God.So, the truth must be spoken, as well. We must pray according to the truth and we must not be afraid to speak the truth. We must give voice to what must be spoken. We must sound the alarm that must be sounded. We must address what must be addressed and so the message now will not be...

US Air Force Develop Insect-Like Drones For Covert &Targeted Operations

Under the Air Vehicles Directorate branch of the US Air Force, research is being conducted to perfect remote-controlled micro air vehicles (MAVs) that are expected to “become a vital element in the ever-changing war-fighting environment and will help ensure success on the battlefield of the future.”

The future of war will include these “’unobtrusive, pervasive, and lethal” MAVs that can be dropped from an airborne plane into combat situations. The MAVs can be used for specific individual targeted assassinations or monitor a predetermined radius.

On Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, these drones are being developed that will be capable of having data imputed in real-time to facilitate decision-making with the expectation of providing an overall picture for the remote controllers.

While the US military would have the American public believe that these new “fly drones” are used for overseas missions, insect drones have been spotted surveilling streets right here in the US. It is believed that these insect-like drones are high-tech surveillance tools used by the Department of Homeland Security.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been working on this technology since the 1970s. Known as the “inscetothopter”, it was developed by the Office of Research and Development for the CIA. It appears to be a dragonfly; however it contains a tiny gasoline engine to control its four wings. It was subsequently classified as a failure because it could not maintain flight against natural wind patterns.

The Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has created a butterfly shaped drone that is the smallest built thus far. It can hover in mid-flight, just as a helicopter and take pictures with its 0.15 gram camera and memory card.

Facebook and Oculus: Social media's extra dimension

Facebook has just announced a surprise move. The social media giant spent no less than $2 billion acquiring Oculus VR, the company behind the Oculus Rift headset. But why would a social media firm want to invest in virtual reality?

Until now, head-mounted displays like the Rift have mostly been promoted as powerful video game accessories, immersing the player in a virtual environment. But for Mark Zuckerberg, it is immersion in real-world events that holds the most promise.

Describing Oculus Rift as a "communications platform", Facebook's CEO said that he was most excited about its potential to augment and deepen the kind of service Facebook already offers. "Imagine sharing not just moments with your friends online, but entire experiences and adventures," he said in a statement.

Developments that pave the way for this have been occurring for some time. Last summer, in a quiet Swedish field, three entrepreneur friends launched a drone fitted with special cameras and connected to an Oculus Rift. The idea was that the drone operator, wearing the headset, would be able to pilot the drone as if they were flying on board.

Feels like flying: Further experiments incorporating more sophisticated cameras allowed the user to perceive a wider field of view and led to hugely promising results, according to Torkel Danielsson, CEO of Intuitive Aerial.

"It is unlike anything else that you have experienced," he says. "It feels like you are flying, it is a very liberating experience."

New dwarf planet hints at giant world far beyond Pluto
A newly discovered dwarf planet (dubbed 2012 VP113) has grabbed the crown as the most distant known object in our solar system and its orbit hints at a giant, unseen rocky world, 10 times the mass of Earth orbiting far beyond Pluto.

Scott Sheppard of the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington DC and his colleagues found a lump of rock and ice 450 km wide at 80 Astronomical Units from the sun at its closest approach. That's twice as far as the most famous dwarf planet, Pluto, which is 2340 km wide and also beats the previous record holder, a 1000-km-wide planetoid called Sedna, discovered in 2003, with a closest approach of 76 AU out.

Objects orbiting in the "inner Oort cloud" are useful to probe the early solar system because they lie too far away to be perturbed by the gas planets, but too close to the sun to be affected by the gravity of other stars in our galaxy. Their orbits and behaviour are thought to be almost unchanged since formed. "Once we find more objects in this region, we'll be able to start to strongly constrain the possible formation scenarios," says Sheppard.

The team estimates more to be discovered exists in this region. "We thought Pluto was unique for over 70 years, but we now know that it shares its orbit with thousands of other objects," says Sheppard. "Sedna was unique for about 10 years but it's now clear that Sedna and 2012 VP113 are just the tip of the iceberg."

Sheppard's team found a strange alignment when they looked at the orbits of 2012 VP113, Sedna and 10 other objects that lie closer to the sun. "It was a big surprise to us." An explanation for the alignment could be the tug of a rocky planet 10 times the mass of Earth, orbiting the sun at 250 AU.

Jimmy Carter Believes NSA Monitoring His Email (And He’s Probably Right)
By Michael Allen, Sun, March 23, 2014

Former President Jimmy Carter told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” (last week) that he writes important messages by traditional mail because he believes his email is monitored by the National Security Agency (NSA).

“I have felt that my own communications were probably monitored,” said President Carter, noted MSNBC (TIME video link: carter believes nsa is reading his e-mails ). “And when I want to communicate with a foreign leader privately, I type or write the letter myself, put it in the post office, and mail it.”

“Because I believe if I sent an email, it will be monitored,” added President Carter.

According to TIME, President Carter also said the NSA had abused its spying authority.

President Carter also stated that President Obama has not called him for advice as prior presidents have, reports the New York Daily News.

“President Obama doesn’t, but previous Presidents have called on me and the Carter Center to take action,” President Carter said. “…I think the problem was that in dealing with the issue of peace between Israel and Egypt, the Carter Center has taken a very strong position of equal treatment… and I think this was a sensitive area in which the President didn’t want to be involved.”

“But I can understand those sensitivities and I don’t have any criticism of him,” added President Carter.

Pentagon Secret Plane In Space For 500 Days - They Won’t Say What It’s Doing

The X-37B, the U.S. Air Force’s secret robotic space plane, has now been in orbit for almost 500 days, a record-breaking time period for space endurance. The latest version of the relatively tiny spacecraft, which is just one quarter of the size of the space shuttles, was launched in December 2012 on a top-secret mission. The X-37B has a payload bay approximately the size of a pickup truck bed, and it is thought to be carrying highly sensitive cargo. It began its life as a NASA project to build a small, unmanned space plane, then the project was passed over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in 2004. A lack of funds prompted a further handover to the USAF Rapid Capabilities Office, which continues to manage the X-37B program.

The unmanned spacecraft can remain in orbit for much longer than the original Space Shuttles, which were limited by the requirements of the crew on board to short missions of up to 17 days. The first X-37B launched, OTV-1, was able to orbit for 225 days; its sister plane OTV-2 doubled that time by staying in space for 469 days. Now the latest X-37B has already exceeded its predecessors and there is no indication that its mission is at an end.

Despite its record stay in space, no details have been released about its mission, or when it might return. The USAF is happy to comment on the space drone as a technological achievement, but refuses to elaborate on its purpose. Consequently, rumors are rife, but the official line is that the X-37B is merely an experimental platform for "operating experiments which can be returned to, and examined, on Earth." Brian Weeden, a former Air Force officer, believes that the X-37B is primarily a test bed for new technologies.
